The other location of my EQ folder is under Users, Public, Daybreak Game Company, Installed Games, Everquest. In this folder, there are 7 total applications, icons, NAME Files, Configuration Settings, etc. There is a launchpad Application here as well as a folder entitled LaunchPad.libs. Anyone else not able to get past the Launchpad? Other online games are fine, no issues connecting and looks like EQ servers are up, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

Sound: Having a 16 piece orchestra constantly playing in the background can be a bit of a drain if you don't have a dedicated sound card, so if your computer is a bit older and you know full well you lack a sound card (almost every computer built in the last five years, except for very high end models, does not have a dedicated sound card), you may wish to turn this off.

The new LaunchPad will update itself automatically to the newest version without the need to reinstall the whole game. Q. What if I don’t want to upgrade to the new LaunchPad? A.
